Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Exchange & Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

Only one exchange or one refund request is allowed per order.

The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping fees.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are not eligible for exchange or refund.

International orders (outside Egypt) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Refund Process
If you request a refund:

We will arrange a courier to collect the item from your address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be sent via InstaPay.

A total of 160 EGP will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the return shipping costs. This fee covers the courier collecting the item from your address and returning it to our warehouse.
Warranty
All Dank N' Drip products are covered by a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper washing, or incorrect handling.

في حال عدم رضا العميل عن المنتج، يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي نفس حالته الأصلية، مع التيكيت وجميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.

يُسمح بعملية استبدال واحدة أو استرجاع واحد فقط لكل طلب.

يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الاستبدال.

لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات المشتراة أثناء التخفيضات أو العروض الخاصة.

خدمة الاستبدال والاسترجاع متاحة داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.
سياسة الاسترجاع
في حالة طلب الاسترجاع:

نقوم بإرسال شركة الشحن لاستلام المنتج من عنوان العميل.
-
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع، يتم تحويل قيمة المنتج إلى العميل عبر InstaPay.

يتم خصم 160 جنيهًا مصريًا فقط من قيمة المبلغ المسترد، وهي تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع، حيث تشمل استلام المنتج من العميل وإعادته إلى مقرنا.
الضمان
جميع منتجات دانك إن دريب تشمل ضمان لمدة شهر ضد عيوب التصنيع. ولا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث أو الغسيل غير الصحيح أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي للمنتج.
