Size Guide

Maximum length: 88 cm. Square designs can be up to 88 × 88 cm. For custom shapes, the longest side can be up to 88 cm, with other dimensions scaled proportionally.

Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best production quality, please prepare your artwork according to the following guidelines:

• Upload your design as a PNG with a transparent background
• Your design must be one continuous shape
• Do not include holes or transparent cut-outs inside the design
• Use smooth, clean outlines without unnecessary jagged or overly complex edges
• Avoid extremely thin sections that may affect cutting and sewing quality
• Use a high-resolution image for the sharpest print results

Care Guide

• Vacuum regularly using low suction
• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent
• Do not machine wash
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Air dry completely if the rug becomes wet
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve print vibrancy
